Well, today we cleaned out Brown's Pools in Dallas, GA. They had 3 large Big Green Eggs in stock, and the Burwicks bought them all! Here's where we're all going to post about recipes - when they go really well, or even when we mess them up...

Okay, I get the BGE thing now. I've never heard of it before. I think I'll have to check it out. Are they expensive?
There's a link to the BGE website (www.biggreenegg.com) on the sidebar of our Big Green Blog. It was pretty expensive - including the stand it was like $725, but we got a bunch of accessories and charcoal "thrown in" with it.
